Gourmet Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil Blends

We are in partnership with the owners and creators of Gourmet Blends, a world class line of barrel-aged Balsamic Vinegars and extra virgin Spanish Olive Oils. Gourmet Blend’s product line is created at the highest level of quality. There are no fillers in our products. Only the highest quality of Balsamic Vinegar is used that goes through a 7 barrel aging process. All of our Olive Oils are a single cold press using real fruits and fresh herbs.

Caroline has written a cookbook called “Playing with your Balsamic Vinegars & Olive Oils” which highlights using all of our products in the recipes. It features over 100 different Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil recipes.

We also represent a line of hand-crafted, artisan flavored pasta made by friends of ours from Silverton, Oregon – Julie & Wayne Huisman. They feature over 20 different tasty flavors that have so much built-in flavor that they don’t even need sauce.
