Cascade Valley Farm, formerly Rainier Salsa, makes delicious salsa in three varieties from farm fresh ingredients. Our flagship red salsa (Salsa Fresca) is made in mild, medium, and hot variations.  We also have a Salsa Verde that is made in a medium or hot selection. Our third offering is our amazing Pico de Gallo where the farm fresh ingredients really stand out.  Of course our salsas will be offered along with bags of fresh tortilla chips made with ground yellow masa corn flour.  Stop by our booth and try some at the next market.  We offer discounts when purchasing two or more items.
