Our family enjoys hot pot and Laotian cuisine regularly, so we decided why not share these wonderful foods with our friends in the Pacific Northwest.  Better yet, let's create an interactive concept.  We wanted to make the dining experience both delicious and fun, so we came up with the concept of hot pot with conveyor belts serving the add-on selections.  This way every person can customize his or her hot pot to their own liking.  We offer options for every kind of eater, from beef lovers to vegetarians.  In addition to hot pot, we also serve other dishes on our Classic Lao Entrée Menu made up of traditional Laotian foods that are characteristic of the warm and hearty foods of the region.  Even if you are short on time, you can call ahead or order online and the food will be ready for you in minutes.
