Crossroads Gift Cards
Gift Cards are the perfect gift for any occasion! They are accepted at over 85 Crossroads stores and restaurants, and the Crossroads Farmers Market. Stop by in person or order by phone at (425) 644-1111 during our Guest Services office hours, or order online any time from our Gift Card page.

The Crossroads Community Room, located in the hallway next to Old Navy, is available to individuals or groups in need of a facility to host a meeting or function. The room can accommodate up to thirty people. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a small rental fee for use of the room, and a discount is available for 501(c)3 non-profit organizations.
Please note: Out of concern for public safety, all community room bookings have been canceled through April 15, 2020. No new Community Room reservations are being accepted at this time.

Guest Services has a basic First Aid kit for minor cuts or injuries. If further aid or medical attention is required, arrangements will be made for appropriate medical personnel to attend. Contact Security at 425-766-6507 for assistance. Dial 911 for all emergencies.
Emergency Auto Aid
Crossroads provides dead battery and auto lock-out assistance as a courtesy. These services are provided by our Security staff, who may be contacted at 425-766-6507.
Community Bulletin Board
The Community Bulletin Board is located in the hallway between Parcel Apparel and Paris Miki Optical. Space is limited; therefore priority space is made to non-profit organizations for advertising community events. All postings must be approved in advance at our Guest Services office.

Up-to-date Ferry Schedules and Transit Schedules are kept near the Community Bulletin Board.
Lost & Found
Lost items are locked in the Security Office . Any items that have been found can be turned in at Guest Services. If you believe you have lost something at the shopping center, please contact Crossroads Security at 425-766-6507 and leave a message with your name, phone number, description of the lost item and approximate area and date where you last saw the item. You will be contacted if your item is recovered. Due to space limitations, Lost & Found items are only kept for 30 days.
Courtesy Strollers & Wheelchairs
Strollers and wheelchairs are available as a courtesy. Check them out from our Security staff by calling 425-766-6507. There is no charge to check out a stroller or wheelchair, but we require that you provide a current drivers license or ID card. Without these pieces of identification, a $75 cash deposit is required.
Ballot Drop Box
An official ballot drop box is located outside of the building at the south entrance to Crossroads, between Pier 1 Imports and Hand & Stone.
