Creative Card Connections

“A passion to create. A mission to enrich lives.” It’s hard to imagine that Hallmark could find anyone better than Raymond Wah to help people find ways to give voice to their thoughts and feelings.

RaymondHallmark Cards has been a welcome presence at Crossroads since the early 70s.  The manager for Paula’s Hallmark for the past 15 years, Raymond approaches his work with joy, commitment and a warm sense of humor.  He worked in corporate management at the Bon Marche for 21 years before coming to Crossroads.   He cherishes being part of such a unique community. "I particularly enjoy the cultural diversity and finding ways that our products can satisfy varying cultures and traditions."

Raymond was energized by the enthusiastic response of collectors and guests to the unveiling of the 2008 Keepsake Ornament collection in July, (two more to come in October and November!)   He loves the innovative products like Sound Cards with popular music from movies old and new, Motion cards (turn the crank and let the fun begin,) and the ever popular line of Lenticular Cards.  Regardless of today’s high-tech world, people will always be looking for ways to connect with one another.

Raymond is proud that shopping at Paula’s Hallmark also helps make the world a better place. Through product sales, Hallmark supports the important work of nonprofit organizations including the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation, the Sickle Cell Association of America, PRODUCT (RED) to help people living with AIDS in Africa and UNICEF.

When asked about future goals, Raymond replied, “I want to continue to embellish a high standard of customer service with our wonderful sales staff, continue working diligently to satisfy the wants and needs of our many guests, and continue to be an integral part of our Crossroads community.”   Raymond and his staff are ready to help you find a creative way to let someone know you care.
